Centre LGBT+ is hosting a pride parade and festival June 7th, 2025. The parade kickoff will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a festival in Sidney Friedman Park from 12-4p.m. Come enjoy live entertainment and food from local vendors.
PIAA Spring Sport Championships Festival
The 2025 PIAA Spring Sport Championships festival will be held Thursday, June 12 - Saturday, June 14. The boys' volleyball championships will take place in Rec Hall, the lacrosse championships will be at Panzer Stadium, baseball will be at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park and softball will take place at Nittany Lion Softball Park and Beard Field.
Ironman 70.3 is an exhilarating half-distance triathlon that challenges athletes with a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and 13.1-mile run. Set in the scenic landscape of central Pennsylvania, this event fosters community spirit and camaraderie among competitors. Participants will experience the thrill of racing while enjoying local support along the course.
