From Script to Screen In Happy Valley

Happy Valley Sports & Entertainment Alliance’s Film Production Manager, Pablo Lopez CFC, has continued the momentum in bringing film to Happy Valley. Graduating in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at the Pennsylvania State University brought his film proficiency to Dark Minds Productions in 2015 and the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau in 2019. September 2024, Lopez completed the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) certificate to become a certified film commissioner. He has worked on many projects from music videos to feature films, as well as consulting in other areas.  

Just One More is a feature film produced by Twinbolt Media filming right here in Centre County. Bringing the raw reality of addiction, faith, and redemption, Just One More is a film about a dying man, Charles, looking to bring his last bit of faith-based wisdom on his lawn. Jess, recently out of rehab, sits with Charles kicking off a deep, spiritual and hopeful connection. The film aims to target and address addiction and the way faith can lead to healing.  Recognizing that “…loneliness, despair, and spiritual emptiness continue to fuel addiction.” Twinbolt Media is working with Lopez to maximize Centre County through lodging, locations, and any Happy Valley guidance needed.  

Twinbolt Media is an award-winning production company founded by Penn State Master’s Alum, Kaleb Cook and twin Kyler Cook. With Kaleb’s event production and narrative filmmaking experience and Kyler’s writing and directing expertise they have produced two award winning faith-based short films, looking to expand.
