IRONMAN 70.3 Pennsylvania Happy Valley Selected to Host IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship
IRONMAN has announced that the IRONMAN® 70.3® Pennsylvania Happy Valley triathlon has been selected to host the IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship in 2026. The event will return to central Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 14, 2026, offering a North American Championship title, elevated professional prize purse, and increased age group qualifying opportunities for the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France. Registration for the event will open for priority registration this Thursday, August 28 at 12pm ET and for general registration on Tuesday, September 2 at 12pm ET by visiting www.ironman.com/races/im703-pennsylvania.
Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest returns for 2025 with a new date and location
The highly anticipated Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest returns for 2025, offering beer enthusiasts the ultimate tailgate experience on Saturday, July 19, 2025. The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. for VIP ticket holders and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for General Admission. Due to ongoing renovations at Beaver Stadium through 2027, this year’s event moves to a new location: the Porter North Lot with entrance at Medlar Field.
Keystone State Wrestling Championships 2025
Wrestling fans, get ready! The Keystone State Wrestling Championships are set to take over the Bryce Jordan Center from March 14 to March 16, 2025. This premier youth tournament will bring together over 3,000 top young athletes from across Pennsylvania, competing in multiple age divisions and weight classes.

“I miss Happy Valley!” said Olympian and former Penn State gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik during his SPA Day interview at the HUB Robeson Center at Penn State University. He spoke with his former gymnastics coach, Randy Jepson, about his time in State College. “I came here and immediately fell in love with the campus,” Stephen said, sharing fond memories of his time in Happy Valley. He explained that he wanted to attend the college that would make him the best pommel horse gymnast, adding, “And that’s how I made my decision to come here.”
