STATE COLLEGE, PA—Pursue your happiness with the 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 race in Happy Valley, PA. Located in the heart of State College, this race will take you through lush green valleys and farmland as you navigate its swimming, biking, and running locations. With general registration you get loads of extras included with your ticket, some of which include a backpack, a shirt, course support and much more!
The IRONMAN 70.3 Pennsylvania Happy Valley will take you on a race journey from a 1.2-mile swim through Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir at Bald Eagle State Park, a 56-mile bike ride through rolling hills of Centre and Clinton counties and concluding with a 13.1-mile run on the PSU campus. The race finishes off in the heart of Penn State. “You get to run around the Nittany lion a couple times and then you finish at Beaver Stadium” Cone said.
If you prefer to work in a team, sign up in a team of three and compete with your closest friends. Dividing the tasks into three, but the win as a collective one. The race director, Josh Cone highlighted that “The community really needs a lot of support from the community…we need about 1000 volunteers…”.
